IBM Common Licensing v9.x - Rational License Key Center | Packaged Service
The Rational License Key Center is the location where License Keys are created and returned in special cases. These license are not applicable for ELM 7.x.
When a license Key is downloaded, it will be associated with a Disk id or MAC address. Once downloaded, it can be applied to the IBM Common Licensing Agent.
