Required Qualifications for Solution Architect at 321 Gang:
The ideal candidate for this position is/has:
- A SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) or equivalent with hands-on experience leading/helping lead a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) transformation and/or working in a leadership role in a mature SAFe environment
- Experience deploying enterprise level software to large enterprises
- Atlassian Jira and Jira Align software experience
- Comfortable speaking truth to power, especially to the technical leaders and the executive levels
- A strong, 5+ year consulting background with an ability to navigate corporate politics, hierarchies and personalities
- Able to lead complex, enterprise process and tooling deployments
- Familiar with modern enterprise software & engineering technologies that support lean-agile principles and practices
- Excellent presentation, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal)
- A self-starter accustomed to a fast-paced environment, working with multiple clients at the same time
- A US resident with the legal right to work in the United States
- Willing to travel ~50% (The 50% was pre-Covid, at this point it is more important to be able to work, presenting, teaching, mentoring, and collaborating, using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Skype for Business, GoToMeeting, and the like.)

Additional Requirements:

- MBSE with SysML skills a plus
