IBM Common Licensing v9.x - Creating Token Usage Report

321 Gang will assist in creating IBM Common Licensing Reports for Token Usage reports. This type of Report will help in understanding ELM User usage Reports using specific time intervals. If using LDAP, Reports can be created where Departments can be charged for token usage.
