Samit Mehta is a certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant with deep expertise in Lean Portfolio Management (LPM). He helps organizations—especially those developing hardware-inclusive systems—adopt LPM practices that improve strategic alignment and operational efficiency. With a Master’s in Computer Science, Samit began his career as a systems and software engineer in the defense industry. He later transitioned to coaching organizations on modern engineering practices and tools. Today, he focuses on enabling enterprise-wide solutions that support strategic planning, investment alignment, and meaningful delivery outcomes.
