IBM Db2 Backup / Restore Process for ELM

This workshop provides a practical, end-to-end overview of the IBM Db2 backup and restore process for IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM). Participants will learn how to protect critical ELM data by planning, executing, and validating database backups, as well as restoring Db2 databases in support of disaster recovery, system migration, and environment refresh activities. The session covers backup strategies, prerequisite checks, online and offline backup methods, transaction log management, and post-restore validation. By the end of the workshop, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and confidence to effectively safeguard and recover their ELM deployment.
