IBM Common Licensing v9.x - Rational License Key Center | Packaged Service

The Rational License Key Center is where license keys are generated and, in special cases, returned. These licenses are not applicable for ELM 7.x. When a license key is downloaded, it is tied to a specific disk ID or MAC address. Once downloaded, the key can be applied through the IBM Common Licensing Agent.
