Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE) in the Context of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Description
It’s only in the last few years that the Scaled Agile Framework has accommodated Systems Engineering and more specifically, Model Based Systems Engineering methodologies. This presentation speaks of a particular way to use Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) in the context of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
Join us as we discuss:
- How to iteratively build a system model in order to document Requirements and identify the Features to be built in successive Program Increments (PIs).
- How specification workshops create a shared understanding of the solution being developed across customers, users, domain experts, product owners, and system engineers.
- How to align system structure, behavior and information decisions in SysML using an MBSE approach while driving progress in an Agile backlog.
