Systems Engineering, MBSE & SAFe Workshop

June 1 @ 7:00 am - June 2 @ 12:00 pm PDT

Learn the mechanics of running a system specification workshop and how to perform them as part of a cadence in the SAFe ART.

Aligned with the goals of the DoD Digital Engineering Strategy, this 10-hour workshop will teach you how to create & leverage models aligned with your organization’s enterprise agile environment. Designed for Systems Engineers & Architects you’ll use hands-on simulations to incrementally construct ‘system specifications’ using MBSE techniques that define system context, behavioral response to stimulus, structural design and interfaces. These models, which evolve on a synchronized cadence, are used to:

  • Ensure architectural integrity and runway of the system
  • Identify and prepare for integrations to other systems
  • Elicit functionality to be decomposed and developed in an agile manner over the next increment
