321 Gang continues to grow its Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) training and consulting business to help our clients meet their program and product engineering objectives. We are looking for an experienced, highly independent and self-motivated sales professional to help us accelerate our SAFe growth throughout 2017 and beyond.
Responsibilities of our SAFe Business Development Professional include:
- Using conventional and online marketing to find new business
- Helping fill 321 Gang’s public SAFe training classes
- Finding and closing complex SAFe professional services (training and consulting) engagements
- Working with our software sales people, technical services teams and external partners to meet aggressive sales goals
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of services selling experience into software and/or systems engineering organizations
- 5+ years of expertise with agile methodologies
- 2+ xperience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- A work hard/play hard and ‘can do’ attitude!
